Join Beaulexx in this 1.5 hour class where we will explore the technical side to heels dance. This class is for those brand new to heels dance and technique.
What we will go over:
how to build feet & ankle strength
how to walk in heels: posture, balance, & weight transfer
basic foundations: bevel, hair whips, lines/extensions
short choreography utilizing class concepts
LIMITED SPOTS available
This class is for YOU if you are new to heels dance, have only taken a handful of heels classes, and/or want to start from the very basics of heels before moving onto choreography based classes.
