Join Beaulexx in this 1.5 hour class where we will explore the technical side to heels dance. This class is for those who have started their journey in heels dance and want to improve their knowledge of proper technique and standard heels movements.
What we will go over:
Strength: how to strengthen your ankles and calves for heels dance
Walks: how to walk with confidence, balance, and presence
Turns: how to spot and keep your balance while turning
Hair: how to balance with hair whips and flips
Floorwork: how to transition to and from the floor fluidly
LIMITED SPOTS available
This class is for YOU if are familiar with heels dance and still early in your journey. If you have taken my classes before but need more knowledge on the technical aspects of heels dance. If you are comfortable in your heels but need more practice with staying balanced and confident while dancing in them.
