refund policies

Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer class credit towards future classes. Please see below for policies regarding group classes and private lessons.


Group class policies

Missed Classes

  • If you have missed a class you purchased, please email info@alexisbeauregard.com to receive class credit.

  • YOU MUST EMAIL BEFORE your scheduled class. Notifications received after class will unfortunately not be eligible for class credit.

  • You have 1 month from the date of your missed class to redeem your class credit. 

Changing classes

  • If you purchased a class, but would like to transfer your payment to a different class/time, please email info@alexisbeauregard.com. If space allows, your payment will be applied to your preferred class.

Late Policy

  • If you are late to class, you are not eligible for class credit. If you leave early from class, you are not eligible for class credit. Please arrive early to all classes to allow for parking and check in. 

Class Credit

  • Class credit will be issued in the form of a unique code to use at checkout.

  • Class credit expires 1 month from the date of your missed/rescheduled class

  • Class credits are non-transferable

private lesson policies 

Missed Classes

  • Any missed lessons will not be eligible for class credit. To make up for any missed private lessons, a new purchase must be made.

  • For in-person lessons, missed classes will still be subject to studio rental fees. 

Cancellation Policy

  • To receive class credit for private lessons, any rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24hrs in advance. Any last minute cancellations or last minute rescheduling will not be eligible for class credit. In this case, students must make another purchase to make up their private lesson

  • For In-Person lessons, any last minute cancellations may result in the student still being responsible for any studio rental fees. 

Late Policy

  • There is a 15 minute grace period for all private lessons. Any classes not started by the 15 minute mark will be considered a “missed class” and not eligible for class credit or rescheduling.

  • Any classes started late due to the students’ tardiness will not be eligible for class credit or rescheduling.
